While we configure, customize, and deliver clean, modular deployments with 100% source code transfer, we are not responsible for updates, deprecations, or license modifications made by the upstream open-source projects or maintainers.

4. Technical Performance & SLA Guarantees

Our monthly uptime and bug response guarantees are governed by signed Support SLA agreements. Involve Technologies shall not be held liable for system outages, data sync delays, or API disruptions caused by third-party hosting platforms (e.g. AWS, DigitalOcean) or vendor API policy upgrades (e.g. Meta WhatsApp Cloud API changes).
